Apps could get more expensive for EU Apple owners in 2015

Apple has sent out an email to iTunes Connect developers announcing a change in how taxes will be calculated for App Store purchases in the European Union. Starting January 1st, Apple will charge customers the value-added tax rate based on the country in which they reside rather than a flat rate for all EU countries.

This could potentially increase prices for apps if customers reside in a country with a high tax rate.
